The situation in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area remains tense but controlled.

It was reported about 72 militants' attacks against Ukrainian soldiers over the past 24 hours (33 - in the Donetsk sector; 33 - in the Mariupol sector; six - in the Luhansk sector).

According to the Staff, the militants fired about 20 122-mm shells at Vodiane in the Mariupol sector. Shyrokyne, Talakivka and Starohnativka were mortared with 120-mm mortars. Moreover, the militants used 82-mm mortars, grenade launchers, and IFV weapons near Talakivka.

Avdiivka, Zaitseve, Maiorsk and Luhanske remained the hottest spots in the Donetsk sector. The above-mentioned strongholds were shelled with 120-mm mortars. Moreover, the militants used 82-mm mortars, grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms in the Donetsk sector.

In the Luhansk sector, Stanytsia Luhanska and Novooleksandrivka strongholds were fired from grenade launchers and small arms.
