The bill stipulates for financing of this military branch from the state budget, with the funds being allocated for the Ministry of Defense as a separate expenditure for the SOF.

"Servicemen of the Special Operation Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive additional payments, which will be included in monthly additional cash collateral," an explanatory note of the bill reads.

In addition, the bill provides a list of cases when SOF units should be involved. The document reads that information about personnel of the Special Operation Forces is highly classified.
