This was announced by Pentagon Press Secretary Peter Cook at a Tuesday press briefing, Censor.NET informs.
"There are instances in the past few months and years that have given us concern. And we'll continue to respond to them, as we will -- as evidenced by what's going on in Warsaw with our alliance, with NATO, to try and address those concerns collectively," Cook said.
Pentagon's press secretary also stressed that the U.S. is doing its part of the job.
"But the United States is doing its part and you can look at investments we're making in our budget as a reflection of the seriousness with which we take the challenge posed by Russia and others," Cook noted.
Earlier, Ukraine's Ambassador in the U.S. Valerii Chalyi announced that Ukraine was planning to produce lethal weapons together with the U.S. and anticipated new non-lethal supplies from the United States.
