"Enemy's plans failed," - Parubii congratulated Sloviansk residents on second anniversary of liberation from pro-Russian terrorists

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andrii Parubii congratulated the residents of Sloviansk (the Donetsk region) on the second anniversary of city's liberation from Russian proxies.

Сensor.NET reports referring to the Verkhovna Rada website.

"I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the second anniversary of the liberation of Sloviansk from pro-Russian terrorists. July 5, 2014 is the day when joy, peace, and safety were reinstated in the lives of tens of thousands of our fellow citizens.

"This date is not just a celebration of an important event in the modern history of Ukraine, but the confirmation of the might of Ukrainian troops and the evidence of a shameful failure of the Novorossia rebellion. Enemy plans were destined to fail," Parubii said, marking the valor and patriotism of Ukrainian soldiers.
