Ukrzaliznytsia official Ivan Fedorko, who caused a car crash that involved LB.ua photographer Max Levin and his family, has been served a note of suspicion of a crime under article 286, after sufficient pressure from reporters.

As informed by Censor.NET, this was announced by an LB.ua reporter.

Law enforcers also managed to take specimens of Fedorko's blood to establish a level of alcohol in his blood.

Chief Physician of the hospital where Fedorko is treated said that his medical records read that "a relevant smell from his mouth was present" when he was admitted to the hospital.

This is also confirmed by doctors who admitted him for treatment.
