As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) press center in its report as at 6 a.m. June 30, posted on Facebook.
According to the Staff, the total of 66 cases of enemy fire upon Ukrainian positions were recorded over the past day, including 28 at Donetsk direction, 21 at Mariupol direction, and 17 at Luhansk direction.
"In blatant violation of the Minsk accords, the enemy continues shelling the defenses of the ATO forces from banned weapons.
"At Donetsk direction, the most difficult situation is near Luhanske, where our strongholds were sprayed by heavy mortars, tanks, and SP guns. Heavy mortars were also used by the enemy against strongholds near Novoselivka Druha and Berezove, supported with 122-mm SPGs near Troitske. Defenders of Avdiivka and Putylivska (Butivka) mine were fired at by the enemy from machine guns and automated grenade launchers," the message reads.
It is also reported that at Mariupol direction, the defenses of the ATO forces near Shyrokyne, Starohnativka, Pavlopil, and Talakivka were shelled by Russian occupants from small arms and grenade launchers. In Novotroitske, they also used mortars of 120-mm caliber.
"At Luhansk direction, strongholds of the ATO forces near Novozvanivka were fired at by the enemy from automated grenade launchers and heavy mortars. Also, unajusted fire was conducted from 82-mm and 120-mm mortars, together with six cases of fire from 122-mm SGPs with the purpose of provoking our military to retaliate," the ATO press center reports.
