Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman said at a briefing after today's meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin, Censor.NET reports citing 112 TV Channel.
"No additional requirements for Ukraine should be pushed. The decision is up to the European Union," he said. Prime Minister hopes that visa-free regime will be granted as early as 2016 and "Ukrainians will be able to move freely in the EU."
Earlier, European ministers failed to agree on the liberalization of visa regime for Georgia, Ukraine, Kosovo and Turkey at a meeting of the EU Justice and Home Affairs of the European Union Council June 10.
Ukraine has adopted 137 laws and regulations for the liberalization of the visa regime with the EU.
