Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the PGO.
"Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko dismissed Prosecutor of the Mykolaiv region Viacheslav Kryvoviaz by his order dated June 24, 2016, and appointed an official investigation into his illegal actions," the report reads.
Earlier, four persons were charged with accepting bribes for granting permission for resettlement of a limestone quarry, including first deputy chairman of the Mykolaiv Regional Administration Mykola Romanchuk.
During a search of Romanchuk family's houses, a gold bullion, ancient icons, antiques, and silverware were found. The vaults also kept "black accounting" books proving corrupt transactions.
