Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andrii Parubii said, Censor.NET reports citing 112 TV Channel.
"There is a theoretical possibility it may be on the agenda, especially if it is proposed by the president, who has the right to introduce laws for urgent consideration. Verkhovna Rada may consider it and put it on the agenda of the session," he said.
"But today I do not see any prospects the bill will be considered by the parliament, as I do not see any prospects for its favorable consideration," Parubii added.
As known, the Minsk Agreements call for local elections in the occupied Donbas.
