The situation in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area remains tense as of 6 a.m., June 25. It was reported about 61 militants’ attacks at Ukrainian soldiers over the past 24 hours (24 - in the Donetsk sector; 28 – in the Mariupol sector; nine - in the Luhansk sector).

In the Mariupol sector, the militants fired at the Armed Forces of Ukraine at Marinka, Shyrokyne, Lebedynske, Starohnativka from all types of small arms and grenade launchers, while Ukrainian positions at Krasnohorivka, Taramchuk, Talakivka, Vodiane, Chermalyk were mortared.

In the Donetsk sector, Ukrainian positions at Opytne, Verhniotoretske, and Luhanske were fired from small arms, machine guns and large-caliber grenade launchers, while Zaitseve and Maiorsk strongholds were shelled with 82-mm mortars. The ATO forces' positions at Pisky were shelled with 122-mm guns.

Butovka mine and Avdiivka defenders were fired from IFV weapons, grenade launchers and mortars of various calibers by the pro-Russian terrorists based in the temporarily occupied Yasynuvata and Mineralne.

In the Luhansk sector, the militants fired at Ukrainian soldiers near Popasna and Novozvanivka from small arms, machine guns, automatic grenade launchers, and mortars. The militants have also fired at Novooleksandrivka and Novozvanivka strongholds, provoking Ukrainian soldiers to fire back.
