Censor.NET reports citing the Twitter of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU).
Three Riaboshapka's lawyers requested to postpone the court session because the fourth lawyer is absent and protection is thus limited without him. They added they were not acquainted with the results of the case.
The Court of Appeal postponed the hearing of the appeal of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office on the amount of Riaboshapka's bail for 10 a.m. June 29 due to the lack of the forth lawyer.
It is also reported that hearing on the appeal filed by the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office on the bail amount for another "gas case" defendant Valerii Postnyi has started.
Postnyi did not come to the hearing and participated via video conference mode from the hospital. His lawyer said that he had a hypertensive crisis and asked to postpone the meeting for an indefinite term. In turn, anti-corruption prosecutors noted that his condition deteriorated rapidly when the cameras turn on.
As a result, Postnyi bail hearing was also postponed for 10:30 a.m. June 29.
"The appeal hearing was postponed for 10:30 a.m. June 29, when the Regulation Committee will consider lifting of Onyshhenko's immunity... We demand the court to appoint $ 1, 613 billion hryvnia bail for Postnyi, which would correspond to the losses suffered," deputy head of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office said.
Earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine raided the office of MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko March 16. The NABU stated that the searches were carried out under the pretrial investigation of criminal case initiated into abuse of office during sale of the natural gas jointly extracted with Ukrhazvydobuvannia SE.
NABU searched MP Onyshchenko's formal chamber for the second time June 15.
