As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko in an interview to Vysokyi Zamok.
"The president was clear - I had a blank check; no one is untouchable. I have used it in practice twice. There have been no calls from [Presidential] Administration," the prosecutor general said.
Lutsenko specified he was talking about former head of the Presidential Administration of Viktor Yushchenko, former head of the Kyiv regional administration Vira Ulianchenko.
"Vira Ulianchenko, who I treat well and know her well from the old times, is a charged in the case of Sukholuchchia [On June 15, PGO transferred the case to court against former officials of the Kyiv regional state administration regarding taking possession of Sukholuchchia hunting lands by fugitive president Viktor Yanukovych - ed.]. She as a governor has allocated the land where Sukholuchchia was subsequently constructed. She is guilty.
"I met her at a birthday party. She said "Yura, will I be the first one?" I said "I guess so." I will not stop. We cannot wait any longer. All limits have been used up. The president called and said he was visited by Vira Ivanivna [Ulianchenko - ed.]. I became tense. "Act as you need to," he said," Lutsenko explained.
Lutsenko didn't speak of the second case of his 'blank check' use.
"I would not speak of the second one, but it's successful as well. At least I have drafted a motion for lifting immunity, detention, and arrest of MP Onyshchenko. And I felt no 'extreme pressure,' as reported by journalists," Prosecutor General assured.
Earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine raided the office of MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko March 16. The NABU stated that the searches were carried out under the pretrial investigation of criminal case initiated into abuse of office during sale of the natural gas jointly extracted with Ukrhazvydobuvannia SE.
NABU searched MP Onyshchenko's formal chamber for the second time June 15.
Prosecutor General's Office received a motion of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) to lift the immunity of the people's deputy Oleksandr Onyshchenko.
