Russian JCCC officer expelled from Ukraine over ties with "DPR"

The Ukrainian Security Service has exposed Russia's chief representative at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC), Colonel Vladimir Cheban as being involved in the actions that contradict the national security interests and the Minsk agreements.

As reported by Censor.NET referring to SBU press service, the Russian officer provided Deputy Chief of Staff of the 1st Army Corps (nickname Yakub) with monthly schedules and flight routes of OSCE Special Monitoring Mission's drones.

Using this information, militants could hide their firing positions as well as location of heavy weapons and equipment from international observers.
