PGO suspects Kliuiev of obstructing peaceful actions and abusing power

The Prosecutor General's Office is conducting a search in the house of former Head of the Presidential Administration Andrii Kliuiev on suspicion of his involvement in several crimes.

As reported by Censor.NET citing PGO's press service, the Main Investigation Department is conducting a pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings against Kliuiev and other persons suspected of committing crimes under part 3, article 27 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (type of accomplice - organizer), article 340 (illegal obstruction of organization or holding of meetings, rallies, marches, and demonstrations), part 3 of article 27, and part 2 of article 365 (abuse of power or authority).

On June 1, a judge of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv granted a permission to conduct a search of the house that, according to the registration data, is owned by Kliuiev (located in the village of Kozyn, the Kyiv region), aiming to find items and documents relevant to the proceedings and establish the whereabouts of the suspect.

Earlier, the PGO also inquired into Kliuiev's involvement in the allocation of 40 million hryvnia (approx. 1.6 million) to agricultural companies of the son of ex-Finance Minister Yaroshenko.Источник: https://en.censor.net.ua/n394265
