The publication on Kremlin's involvement in hooliganism by Russian fans at Euro 2016 in France is claimed to be a Russophobian hysteria.

Vladimir Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov announced, Censor.NET reports citing ZN.ua.

"It requires no response. This is another example where some persons may be driven by their Russophobian histeria," he said to Interfax agency.
