He said this during Ukraine-NATO Interparliamentary Council, Censor.NET informs citing Ukrainski Novyny.
"22 Crimean Tatars have gone missing or been kidnapped, four of them have been found killed," he said.
Chubarov added that since Russia occupied Crimea, more than 40,000 people, half of them Crimean Tatars, have left the peninsula.
Earlier, the leader of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people announced that repressions against Crimean Tatars in occupied Crimea were increasing.
