A farewell ceremony for two fighters of Right Sector's Ukrainian Volunteer Corps, who died in recent shelling of Butivka mine in the Donbas, took place on Kyiv's Independence Square.

Censor.NET reports referring to Head of the Public Control Council of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine Oleksii Hrytsenko's Facebook.

"A farewell to two Right Sector fighters that are not dead by official data," he commented on the photos from the ceremony.

Earlier, the photos of Right Sector fighters, who died on the night of June 12 in an artillery strike on Ukrainian army positions at Butivka mine, north of Donetsk, were published online.

On Sunday morning, Yevhen Deidei, the commander of Kyiv-1 Battalion, reported significant losses suffered the previous night - four killed and 13 wounded soldiers. This information was confirmed by many volunteers and military journalists. As reported, some 20 Right Sector and Aidar Battalion fighters received injuries.

At the same time, Defense Ministry press service reported no dead soldiers for the period of time in question.
