 Hroisman embarks on working visit to US tomorrow

Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman will pay a working visit to the United States at the invitation of U.S. Vice President Joe Biden on June 14-17, 2016.

During the visit, Hroisman will hold a number of meetings, in particular with Vice President Joe Biden, Speaker of the U.S. Congress Paul Ryan, and leaders of Democrats and Republicans in the U.S. Congress.

In Washington and New York, Hroisman will hold talks with United States Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker, Secretary of the Treasury Jacob Lew, Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz, Administrator of USAID Gayle E. Smith, Chief Operating Officer of the World Bank Sri Mulyani Indrawati, the heads of leading U.S. banks, industrial and financial companies.

The prime minister will also attend the annual conference of the Center for Ukrainian-American relations. In addition, Hroisman will meet with leading experts in the Atlantic Council, the Ukrainian community, and the leaders of American Jewish organizations.
