The newly formed Public Control Council of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine has chosen its senior staff and delegated representatives to NABU's competition and disciplinary commissions.

During the inaugural meeting on June 10, Oleksii Hrytsenko, a member of Automaidan movement, was elected head of the Council, while Yevhen Cherniak of Transparency International Ukraine - its secretary, Censor.NET reports referring to NABU press service.

The first competition commission of the NABU, which will select detectives, will be represented by Oleksii Hrytsenko, Yevhen Hrushovets, and Roman Bochkala. The second commission will include Alla Yurchenko, Ihor Bondarchuk, Dmytro Zolotykh, while the third one - Serhii Hrebeniuk, Nazar Pervak, and Ihor Vasiliev.

Roman Maselko and Volodymyr Rysenko have been chosen Council's representatives to the disciplinary commission of the NABU.

Welcoming the new members of the Council, NABU Director Artem Sytnyk expressed hope for the same constructive and fruitful cooperation as was the case with the previous Council's composition.
