Censor.NET informs citing the situation report by the ATO Staff press center as at 6 a.m. on June 13.
According to the Staff, 40 attacks by the Russian occupation forces were recorded over the past day, including 27 at the Donetsk, 12 at the Mariupol, and one at the Luhansk sections of the front.
"The positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Avdiivka, Leninske, and Novhorodske at the Donetsk section of the front came under mortar strike late at night, while the enemy fired at the strong points on the outskirts of Troitske, Novhorodske, and Luhanske with IFV weapons and ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft guns.
"Russian occupants employed small arms, large-caliber machine guns, and grenade launchers against our detachments near Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Vodiane, and Talakivka at the Mariupol section of the front," the statement reads.
The Staff also noted that it was relatively calm at the Luhansk direction: "The indiscriminate attack with grenade launchers was recorded not far from Novozvanivka."
Earlier, the terrorists fired 400 rounds with mortars and artillery at the defenders of Avdiivka, starting in the evening of June 11. The ATO Staff press center stressed that strikes on Avdiivka were committed from the positions located in residential neighborhoods of occupied Donetsk.
