"DPR", "LPR" just don't exist. They are terrorists, any talks excluded, - Parubii

The best way to start a dialogue with representatives of non-government-controlled areas in the Donbas is the removal of Russian troops and liquidation of terrorist groups, Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andrii Parubii believes.

Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

When asked by journalists in Kyiv on Thursday to comment on the proposal of MP Nadiia Savchenko to negotiate the release of hostages with the representatives of the so-called "DPR", "LPR", he said: ""DPR" or "LPR" just don't exist. There are terrorist organizations that are currently operating in the territory of our country under supervision of the Russian aggressor, secret services, and Putin."

"These organizations have been condemned under the Ukrainian legislation, recognized terrorist in nature, and I believe that any talks with these people are excluded," he stressed.

"We have to develop mechanisms to compel Putin to withdraw Russian troops from the Ukrainian territory, force him to remove armed militants who came from Russia. When we close the border, when the territory of our Ukraine is freed from Russian troops, I think we'll be able to quickly and efficiently cope with terrorist groups deployed in the territory of our country...

"I think it will be the best option for a dialogue with those who sparked this war, those who turned into murderers of children and civilians, those who are in fact to blame for the aggression launched by Russia," Parubii concluded.
