As reported by Censor.NET, this is stated in the SBU's response to an inquiry by Ukrainski Novyny.
"A check for possible involvement of Ukrainian Choice is carried out in the framework of criminal proceedings of April 25, instituted on the facts of criminal offenses under part 3 of article 109 (actions aimed at a violent change or overthrow of constitutional order or the seizure of state power), part 1 of article 111 (treason), and part 1 of article 258-5 (financing of terrorism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine," the document notes.
Earlier, the Pechersk district court of Kyiv ordered the Prosecutor General's Office to open criminal proceedings against leader of Ukrainian choice Victor Medvedchuk.
