The representatives of the military prosecutor's office expressed dissatisfaction with the situation. They say the suspect and his defense are trying to use a delaying tactics.
No pre-trial restraint has been chosen so far against Romanchuk, while the period of his detention expired at 10:30 p.m. June 6 pursuant to article 208 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine.
As previously reported, Chief Military Prosecutor Anatolii Matios said four persons had been detained in the case of accepting a bribe for granting a permission for limestone production, in particular First Deputy Head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration Mykola Romanchuk.
