"According to intelligence reports, Spetsnaz reinforcements have arrived in the Donbas. I have this data, know the name of the brigade, the number of fighters, the place of their permanent deployment. I've shared this data with our international partners," the president said.

"Russia is using Ukraine's east as a testing ground for its latest weapons: electronic warfare, difficult-to-detect communications, jammers of our artillery reconnaissance systems. And we have learned to deal with all that, including with the help of our partners. I convened the War Cabinet, and a cryptogram was prepared to enhance reconnaissance, protective and technical equipment," the head of state noted.

"We will not allow our soldiers die. At the same time, I insist on the fact that Ukraine can stop any offensive operations involving any number of Russian troops. We are radically different from what we were in 2014," Poroshenko concluded.
