 Former Party of Regions MP Landik summoned to PGO, - Horbatiuk

Former MP Volodymyr Landik, who claims the involvement of ex-leader of Party of Regions faction in the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Yefremov in the seizure of power by militants in the Luhansk region, has been summoned for questioning to the Prosecutor General's Office.

This was announced by Head of the Special Investigation Department, Censor.NET reports citing Hromadske radіo.

Horbatiuk refused to name the exact time of the questioning. He also noted Landik had already testified about the activity of Yefremov but provided no concrete data.

"The man points to an illegal activity. If someone did something, you have to say who and when carried out the illegal, separatist activity, gave instructions to this or that person. He says: "I know about his illegal activity..." - What do you know? - "Well, everybody knows that he is a separatist." - Why is he a separatist? - "I have nothing to add, ask people..." So, what does it mean?" Horbatiuk said.

Earlier, Landik claimed that Yefremov attended an informal meeting in 2014 with the participation of former Deputy Minister of Regional Development of Russia Konstantin Korolevsky and adviser of Russian President Vladimir Putin Sergei Glazyev. According to Landik, they discussed the redistribution of assets after the overthrow of Ukrainian authorities in Luhansk.
