This was announced by Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelian on his Facebook page, Censor.NET informs.
According to him, the Cabinet was resolving infrastructure issues at its meeting yesterday. As a result, Ukrzaliznytsia's leadership has been replaced - "not completely, as we wanted, but still it was a step forward."
"The much-suffering contract with head of Ukrzaliznytsia (the state railway operator - ed.) Balczun has been approved. The leadership of Ukravtodor has been replaced. Now the key task is to keep the pace of road reconditioning, to preserve taxpayers' money from stealing, and to find a decent candidate to fill the post of the organization's head," Omelian noted.
Andrii Batyshchev held the post of the chairman of the board of the State Joint Stock company 'Avtomobilni Dorohy Ukrainy' since August 2015.
