The Alliance will enhance its presence in Poland upon the results of summit in Warsaw. The exact number of troops and deployment locations are being discussed, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said.

Censor.NET reports citing RIA Novosti.

Speaking at a news conference in Warsaw, he reminded that the Alliance had previously agreed to boost its presence in Eastern Europe.

According to Stoltenberg, it will be a multi-national presence on a rotational basis. There are clear proposals from military experts, the discussion on the exact volume of NATO's advanced presence as well as deployment locations is underway, he noted.

The secretary general stressed this would be a clear signal to any potential enemy that an attack on Poland would be an attack on the whole Alliance.
