This is announced by international volunteer community InformNapalm, Censor.NET reports.
"Since early May, Russian media have been actively spreading information that Russia is forming a "superpower armored fist" on its Western borders to resist NATO countries. On May 21, Defense Minister of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak also said that Russia had not abandoned its plans on occupying Ukraine and was reinforcing its troops at the border and planning to deploy additional military detachments there.
"Earlier in April, InformNapalm posted an investigation about restoration of a military community in Bryansk oblast. It was noted that by May, soldiers from Yekaterinburg were supposed to arrive in city of Klintsy. This information was received through monitoring of social media for discussions among Klintsy residents.
"On April 1, they began to prepare the territory for construction of barracks. OSINT investigation found that on May 24, 2016, soldiers of the 28th separate motorized rifle brigade from Yekaterinburg arrived in Klintsy, Bryansk oblast," the authors of investigation inform.
Together with the military, a special train with equipment also arrived. The second echelon is being prepared for shipment. Redeployment of equipment from Yekaterinburg is planned to be finished by October 2016.
At the moment, the military are located in a field camp in the city suburbs (coordinates 52.7780623,32.2027034 ). Looks like they will spend summer there, for former military units have not yet been restored within the city. The images show the field camp in Klintsy.
Monitoring social media, investigators found that local residents are not happy with their new neighbors and do not understand why soldiers from Yekaterinburg arrived here. Some of them link this fact to the neighboring Ukraine, the authors note.
