As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Interior Minister Arsen Avakov in an interview to Ukrinform.
"Most probably, he was just a fanatic directed at certain way. When we looked through his phone talks, he turned out related to many 'ministers' of the so-called 'DPR'," the official said.
"He is a seemingly intelligent person, a citizen of Ukraine, a lawyer, who was citing Goethe when being interrogated, but at the same time was promising everyone to be dead soon. I am not sure whether he wanted to injure or kill Anna Turchynova: the investigation is underway," the head of the Interior Ministry added.
"The question is not who's guilty, but that the hybrid war includes elements like this as well," Avakov stressed.
