According to the Staff, Donetsk direction remains the hottest, where militants shelled the Ukrainian army's positions 14 times yesterday near Avdiivka and Butivka mine, using small arms, large-caliber machine guns, grenade launchers of various systems, and mortars of 82-mm and 120-mm calibers.
Near Luhanske and Novhorodske, the enemy was conducting fire from small arms, large-caliber machine guns, and automated grenade launchers.
It is reported that at Mariupol direction, the ATO positions near Shyrokyne, Hnutove, Pavlopil and Kominternove were fired at by the enemy from large-caliber machine guns and with the use of 82-mm and 120-mm mortars.
"Our defenses in the area of Dokuchaievsk and Berezove were fired upon by the enemy in the evening from small arms, large-caliber machine guns, and automated grenade launchers. In the Luhansk region, it was relatively quiet last night," the press center of the anti-terrorist operation informed.
