Mark Feygin commented in such a manner the reasons that affected Nadiia Savchenko's release. The lawyer believes that Poroshenko's stance has had weight after all. But, in his opinion, it was the night talks in the Normandy format that determined the fate of the pilot.
Earlier, the lawyer said that Russia, unlike Ukraine, had got no law enabling to pardon people. Therefore, the decision on Nadiia Savchenko was a kind of exception to the general rule.
