Merkel said it was time to try and reach visible progress in pushing the political process.

Despite no massive combat activities in the east of Ukraine, there is no cease-fire either, she stressed.

The Chancellor of Germany, the news agency reported, assesses the progress of the process of the Donbas elections preparation and legislation drafting as poor.
