There are more captive Russians in Ukraine who could be swapped, - Savchenko's lawyer Feigin on release of Ukrainian hostages in Russia

Ukrainian hostages in the Russian Federation can appeal for pardon without pleading guilty.

This was announced by lawyer Mark Feigin at a press conference, Censor.NET informs.

He also said that in order to facilitate the swap process, they should write a collective appeal instead of individual ones.

"[This should be done] in order not to exchange them like one Savchenko for Yerofeyev and Aleksandrov, but to agree on a swap of 10 Ukrainians for 10 Russians, for instance. I know for sure, there are more Russian citizens here that were captured in combat activities in the Donbas," Feigin noted, answering a question about release of remaining Ukrainian hostages in Russia.
