This was announced by first deputy Justice Minister Natalia Sevostianova, Censor.NET informs citing Ukrainski Novyny.
She said she was planning to hold a meeting with representatives of the SPT and SBU at 2 p.m.
According to her, the UN panel completed monitoring of all penitentiary institutions on its visit agenda in Ukraine, but was not allowed to see units of SBU in Kramatorsk and Sloviansk unplanned.
"SBU explains this with a fact that the mission included a Russian citizen," Sevostianova informed.
She noted that the situation around the denial of access created tensions between SBU and the UN mission in Kramatorsk and Mariupol.
