Censor.NET reports referring to Russian Interfax citing its sources.
"The Ukrainian presidential aircraft with Russians Yevgeny Erofeyev and Alexander Aleksandrov will soon land in Rostov-on-Don where Ukrainian Nadiia Savchenko has already been brought," a news agency's source said. According to him, the exchange will take place at the airport.
According to another source of Interfax, Savchenko will be transferred to the Ukrainian side on the basis of the agreement between the two states on the extradition of persons for further serving their sentence.
"Representatives of Russia's law enforcement authorities that accompany Savchenko have arrived at the airport. By mutual agreement, the Ukrainian authorities will give out there the two Russians detained in Ukraine," the source noted.
However, Savchenko's lawyers say they know nothing about the upcoming exchange. "I no nothing about this. Neither does my colleague Mark Feigin. I think you had better refer to official representatives of the state," lawyer Nikolai Polozov said.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian news agency UNIAN claims citing its sources that the plane has already landed in Rostov. "The plane arrived in Rostov tonight. Savchenko's transfer is to take place today," the agency stated.
