The situation in the area of anti-terrorist operation (ATO) remains difficult. Militants keep violating all agreements on deescalation of the conflict.

Censor.NET reports citing ATO press center.

Over the past day, terrorists committed 33 attacks against Ukrainian defenders. As usual, the lion's share of such episodes occurred after dark.

"The enemy continues to intensively attack Ukrainian troops in Avdiivka's industrial area. Over the night, pro-Russian criminals employed grenade launchers, anti-aircraft guns, and 82-mm mortars. The crackle of small arms fire virtually does not subside there.

"In the Horlivka-Svitlodarsk salient, our strong points near Zaitseve and Luhanske again came under small arms and grenade launcher fire. ATO forces' positions in the vicinity of Sokilnyky (the Luhansk region) were hit with anti-tank guided missiles twice. In the same area, invaders fired grenade launchers at the defenders of Stanytsia Luhanska," the report reads.
