OSCE SMM recorded heavy weapons near demarcation line in Donbas

Special Monitoring Mission observers of the OSCE in Ukraine have recorded military equipment in settlements located next to the contact line in the Donbas.

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the mission in its report as of May 22.

"In violation of respective withdrawal lines, the SMM observed in government-controlled areas four surface-to-air missile systems (9K35 Strela-10, 120mm) in Nyzhnie (54km north-west of Luhansk) and one surface-to-air missile system (SA-8 Osa, 120mm) near Dmytrivka (government-controlled, 55km south-west of Donetsk)," the report reads.

The document also stresses concentration of military equipment on territories not controlled by the Ukrainian government.
