Russian president's press secretary Dmitry Peskov told journalists, Censor.NET reports citing UNIAN.
"The issue is very serious. Violations become more frequent. Unfortunately, this poses a threat to the cease-fire, which is the cornerstone of the Minsk agreements. President Putin could not help expressing this concern," Peskov said.
