As reported by Censor.NET, this information was confirmed to Interfax by Russian President's spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
Peskov told reporters that "Putin expects to take part in international talks late at night. It will take place as late as after midnight". Asked by Interfax whether this phone conversation would be in the Normandy format, Peskov answered affirmatively.
