As reported by Censor.NET citing Interfax-Ukraine, this was announced by Deputy Minister of Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs Heorhii Tuka.
"According to international experts [dealing with similar conflicts - ed.], if the process of reintegration doesn't start within five years, any reintegration activity will be actually futile. Given the fact that almost two of five years have already passed, we can conclude that we are not approaching a deadline but can see it somewhere in the distance. That is why, in my opinion, we have no right to lose the time. It is vital to begin the process of reintegration with the Donbas," Tuka said.
