It was stated by Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.
"The first location is Palats Sportu (Palace of Sport) equipped with eight thousand seats. The Respublikanskyi Stadion (Republican Stadium) - National Olympic Complex is the second option. We are also considering the project to build a new transformer arena that might be ready in seven months," the mayor said.

"We can organize the Eurovision song contest at a decent level only in one Ukrainian city. We have all the possibilities, the entire infrastructure, and we have previously carried out major European events, Eurovision as well (after Ruslana's victory)," Klitschko said.
Klitschko mentioned that Kyiv has the best transport links with Europe.
"Unfortunately, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, and Lviv do not have such developed transportation. That's why I believe Kyiv is the most prepared city to host Eurovision next year," the mayor added.
