Saakashvili stressed it was due to Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman, who was also present at the ceremony, that the state authorities started to rid themselves of persons involved in a "biased lobbying." As examples, Saakashvili recalled the dismissal of First Deputy Minister of Health Oleksandr Pavlenko and chief of the National Police department Ilia Kiva.
