He said in an interview with Lіga, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, the illegal practices have not changed after the election of the new government and appointment of Andrii Parubii to the post of the Verkhovna Rada speaker.
"Neither Hroisman nor Parubii are able to organize the parliament's work with current MPs. The coalition meetings as well as full-scale meetings of the factions are not held at all. Presidential Administration and the Cabinet of Ministers provide Petro Poroshenko Bloc and People's Front factions with instructions on drafts to be voted down or adopted, and that's it," he said.
According to him, the current parliament is doomed because of undemocratic nature of informal decision-making and the lack of systematic work.
"The most recent story with the voting for the law allowing to appoint Yurii Lutsenko prosecutor general, which took place under classic scenario often used by the parliament chaired by Hroisman (28 attempts to vote the law on "one-party dominant system" is the best example) has once again confirmed that nothing has changed with the replacement of the Verkhovna Rada chairman," Tomenko said.
Petro Poroshenko Bloc Party Congress voted to unseat Tomenko March 25, 2016. Verkhovna Rada Speaker Volodymyr Hroisman announced termination of Tomenko's parliamentary powers at the plenary session on March 29 following the relevant decision by the Central Election Commission. Tomenko himself considers PPB Party Congress decision to be illegal and links it to the fact that he has been criticizing the actions of the president and faction.
