The decision was made on Monday during a meeting of the faction, Censor.NET reports citing People's Front press service.
"As of today, the State Defense Order is actually blocked. Thus, the Ukrainian army can not satisfy its immediate needs while resisting the military aggression of the Russian Federation," the faction remarked.
People's Front notes that the Armed Forces currently need UAH 3.6 billion (approx. $141.20 million) or 0.5% percent of the 2016 State Budget.
"The Cabinet of Ministers has every opportunity to allocate these funds. We insist that the appropriate changes be discussed and approved on Wednesday at a meeting of the Budget Committee," the faction stressed.
"Everyone should clearly understand that the war in the Donbas is underway and we have no moral right to forget about the defense of the country and bury our heads in the sand like ostriches," the statement reads.
