 Eurovision 2017 may take place in several Ukrainian cities, - NTCU CEO Alasania

The Eurovision song contest, which Ukraine will be hosting next year, may be held in several cities of the country.

National Television Company of Ukraine CEO Zurab Alasania said, Censor.NET reports citing Espresso.TV.

He noted that the state has no experience of holding the competition in several cities, however, Ukraine has necessary infrastructure in place after Euro 2012.

"We should hold a national selection, two semi-finals, and competition's grand final. Therefore, it is possible, at the level of idea so far, to hold the competition in several cities, not only in the capital, not even necessarily in the capital," Alasania said.
