The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrii Parubii told Rada TV Channel, Censor.NET reports citing UNIAN.
The Chairman said that the issues of the Minsk agreements and reforms in Ukraine were discussed during his meeting with the president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). Parubii has also mentioned the importance of the judicial reform for Ukraine today.
"When I say to our partners (PACE president in particular) that judicial reform is Ukraine's №1 priority, they fully agree with my point," Parubii said.

The chairman has also introduced the idea of creating a parliamentarian platform to discuss the Minsk agreements and reminded that it is difficult to talk about the cease-fire as long as the Russian Federation does not implement even the first paragraph of the Minsk agreements.
