 "I have no 'jail lists.' I do not intend to interfere with PGO's activities," - Poroshenko

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has excluded the possibility to interfere with the Prosecutor General's Office activities.

He said this during presentation of the new Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko to the staff of the PGO, Censor.NET informs citing the head's of state Twitter.

"Some believe that the president should present the new head of the PGO with a plan of arrests. It's not true. Two years after the revolution of dignity, the society wishes for justice... I do not intend to interfere with the PGO's activities. I have no 'jail lists.' I am sure that even talks of pressure above the PGO will become a thing of the past," the president stressed.

He also noted that the appointment of the prosecutor general was one of the commitments of Ukraine to the international financial institutions.
