 Ukraine presented three-stage plan for settlement of situation in Donbas with OSCE mission involvement, - Klimkin

The Ukrainian side has presented a plan of proposals for settlement of the situation in the Donbas with participation of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM).

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

"We have proposed a three-stage plan which envisages creation of several bases for SMM providing possibility to control the border, installation of appropriate equipment necessary for control over risk points including highways and railroads and, of course, deployment of the OSCE staff at the border-crossing points on our side of the border, as well as some other details," Klimkin told reporters after the meeting of Normandy Four Foreign Ministers on Wednesday in Berlin.
