22 People's Hero of Ukraine Orders to be awarded today in National World War II Museum

At the ceremony organized on the eve of the Day of Remembrance and Reconciliation and the Day of victory over fascism, 13 fighters, three doctors, five volunteers, a journalist, and a chaplain will be awarded.

The presentation of stamps with the portraits of Ukrainian People's Heroes will also take place, Censor.NET reports.

The special cancellation of stamps on envelopes and postcards is considered to be a moment of history. It is for these artifacts that collectors hunt afterward. Today, stamps with the portraits of people awarded with the People's Hero of Ukraine Order will be presented. These are fighters, volunteers, doctors, and journalists - those who contributed to Ukraine's defense and development. One of the stamps depicts a fighter who will receive the Order today. After the ceremony, he will put his signature next to the stamp at people's request. Given the fact this man is full Cavalier of the Order "For courage", 26-year-old paratrooper of the 79th Mykolaiv Brigade Pavlo Chaika, the value of a small square of paper will increase dramatically.
