Russia to blame for non-fulfillment of Minsk accords, - Polish Foreign Ministry

Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Witold Waszczykowski said that Russia is the one to blame for non-fulfillment of the Minsk agreements.

He said this after the meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Visegrad Four and the countries of the Eastern Partnership in Prague on May 4, Censor.NET informs citing Radio Svoboda.

Ukraine could not be blamed for non-fulfillment of the Minsk agreements, Waszczykowski said, because the main fault is Russia's. It's Russia who is not leaving the Donbas, it's Russia who does not stop firing in the Donbas, it's Russia who is not leaving Crimea, but bringing more Russian weapons to the peninsula, the Polish minister said.
